What We Do
We are midstream company that is focused on providing a reliable and economical option to upstream energy producers. Our team has a background in upstream operations which has allowed us to build the company in a way that works best for our clients. Nile has a tract record of successful midstream projects giving future clients assurance that we can execute on long term grassroot projects. We also would be excited to discuss ways you can connect to our existing infrastructure.
Oil Gathering and Transportation
Nile has built out two infield oil gathering systems complete with centralized LACT’s and tied into long haul pipelines. We are actively looking for partners to grow our current infrastructure and to develop new ones.
Natural Gas Gathering and Transportation
Nile has built out a grass roots electric compressor station that meets todays environmental standards. Nile also is responsible for infield gas gathering and managing development. We are looking for partners to grow our existing infrastructure or partners who would like to begin new projects.
Water Disposal or Produced Water Systems
Nile has permitted, drilled, gathered and maintained water disposal systems in excess of 40,000 BWPD. We are looking for partners who would like to connect to our existing infrastructure, or are looking for a midstream group to help them meet their own demands.
Produced Water Systems
Nile has designed, installed and operated produced water systems and is looking to partner with other upstream operators to utilize our existing infrastructure or develop new ones.

Electric Compressor Station
In 2022, Nile Midstream installed its first fully electric compressor station capable of moving over 40,000 MCFD.

In 2021, Nile Midstream designed, installed and connected over 21 miles of crude gathering lines and build a gathering facility in Crane, TX.

We move over 20,000 BBLs of Oil per day, 50,000 mcf per day of Natural Gas, and recycle and dispose of 10s of thousands of bbl of water per day, We are also looking to begin new ventures away from our current operations with like minded partners.
